Before we get acquainted, we just wanted to run you through a few things. Take a look at our T’s and C’s and FAQ’s which should tell you all need to know ahead of your visit. In the event that these don’t answer your questions, please feel free to reach out to the team who will be happy to help.

Terms & Conditions

All bookings are considered provisional until your deposit has been received. The required deposit is half of your agreed minimum spend. Your deposit will be deducted from your bill on the night or refunded once the minimum spend has been met. The balance is due on the day of your event. If the minimum spend is not reached, your deposit will be used to cover the difference.

If a booking is cancelled more than 15 days before the event, the deposit will be refunded in full. After this, we will help you find an alternative date. Should you cancel within 7 days of your booking, we will retain the deposit to cover loss of earnings.

As we are in a residential area, we must be extremely mindful of noise levels, and we kindly ask for your cooperation. When using the garden, we request that guests keep excessive noise to a minimum. At 10pm, the garden closes, leaving a designated smoking area that can be used by a small number of guests until 11pm. Smoking and drinking are unfortunately not permitted outside the front of the pub. Failure to comply will result in guests being refused re-entry. Guests are asked not to congregate outside the front of the pub and to book onward travel before leaving. Please catch your taxis from Oakley Street to avoid congestion. After 11pm, there is no re-entry to the premises.

Patrons in the garden must be seated from 9pm.
The garden closes at 10pm, Monday to Sunday.
Garden parties making excessive noise may be asked to move inside. This includes singing, whether it be Christmas carols, Kumbaya, or Happy Birthday.

Subject to prior agreement, you may decorate your event area. However, confetti, glitter, and streamers are not permitted as they stain the furniture and upholstery. A cleaning fee will be added to your final bill if you are found to have used any of the above.
